Scheduled a meeting for Saturday morning at 9am and showed up 5 minutes early to check out a car I was going to buy. Not only did I have to wait after driving up from Salem he couldn’t even tell the other customers to wait until our meeting was taken care of. Horrible customer service and planning. I will never come to this dealer ship again. He should not be in sales and should learn how to use a calendar to schedule meetings. Thank you for wasting our time. More
