I called in to check in on a Sienna that may be available. Jason was the first to answer the phone and despite the Sienna possibly being sold, Jason kept me in the loop and updated over a several d available. I drove up anyway to check it out and the sale fell through with the other buyer. Had Jason not kept me in the loop and been proactive, we would have kept searching.
