Purchasing a new car at Royal Moore Toyota was an easy and low pressure process. I appreciated the option to communicate through email and texts since that works better for my communication style. Some of the information needed was sent by email before I arrived so that helped move things along. We had been looking for a 2023 4 Runner TRD Pro for several months and finally found one at Royal Moore Toyota. When I called the dealership to inquire about the 4 Runner Grace Gonzalez was our contact several months and finally found one at Royal Moore Toyota. When I called the dealership to inquire about the 4 Runner Grace Gonzalez was our contact person and saleswoman. She was fantastic. She answered all our questions, was courteous, polite, and listened extremely well. She handled our whole transaction over the phone and texting and since our car was still in the shipping process Grace kept us updated on its arrival even on a day she couldn’t be at work due to the snow and ice. When are car arrived Grace sent us a walk around video of our new 4 Runner so we we could finally see it since we were traveling out of state to pick it up. When we arrived at the dealership the next morning Grace was at the front door to greet us with a test drive and then handled all the final paperwork making it such a wonderful personal experience for us.
