Things went very well! Caroline was on it in regard to timing, repairs needed, and especially helpful with payment options. While I did not appreciate the 3% extra charge Caroline was on it in regard to timing, repairs needed, and especially helpful with payment options. While I did not appreciate the 3% extra charge for using Visa, I know that she had nothing to do with that. Eddie Aguilar was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the repairs necessary, and the parts which needed to be ordered. Both Caroline and Eddie are employees who should be treasured! More
