Eight years ago after I bought my Toyota Sienna, and for some reason the finance manager didn't want me to get the idea that I had gotten as good a deal as I thought I had. That hurt my feelings and I haven't got a clue why he said it. I was thinking about taking off three stars from the review for the dealership because of that.. That"s how long my memory is for being mistreated. However, over that eight years I have had nothing but excellent service from the service department. So I gave them the stars they deserved. The important thing to remember is that people in the car industry should be careful about what they say to customers and to respect them. One wrong word can be remembered for a lifetime and be brought to light in the minds of an untold number of people in that customer's community of relationships. That's the point of having these surveys I imagine. More
