Whenever I come to this location for service on my car, I always feel like I’m in good hands because the service staff is always incredibly informative and easy to deal with. Even when the information or feedback I’m receiving is not what I want to hear, it is always delivered professionally and respectfully. I also really appreciated the fact that I was guided to come back for future service whenever possible late on Thursday afternoons because it seems to be a day that is quieter and in this case they were 100% right as I was quoted 60 to 75 minutes and it took less than one hour. This is not the dealership that I leased my vehicle from but I always go there for my service whenever possible because of the way I am treated. I miss visit my service representative was outstanding as usual! More
