Multiple jump starts in the mornings for a 3 and 1/2 year Highlander with start /stop feature. Unsure if it was the battery or other contributing cause. This was a very positive way to communicate with a customer - show the test data if it is available. I replaced the battery as recommended. Very satisfying experience. More

I was amazed how proactive the guys in the garage were and directed me where to go so friendly like and willing to help me get in & out via the cashier who was fabulous! I wish I worked there.
