My experience with Billy was cordial. He gave me the option to get into the vehicle with the options I desired. We did indeed enjoy our experience at the Rudy Luther's St. L. Park dealership, We had Tony as our salesman who was very helpful, thorough, kind and very intent on listening to us as we conveyed our reque St. L. Many things to learn from the manual regarding all of the amenities that are available, but in time we will become acquainted with most of them. In a year of big, stressful events that started with us moving from CA to MN, it was so incredibly relieving and refreshing to work with Nettie (and the finance manager, Stacey) at Rudy Luther Toyota on ou moving from CA to MN, it was so incredibly relieving and refreshing to work with Nettie (and the finance manager, Stacey) at Rudy Luther Toyota on our first-ever new car purchase and trade-in. At this point, I should not be surprised at how genuinely accommodating, understanding, and friendly folks in MN generally are, but I'm a bit of a cynic by nature, especially when it comes to the process of making large purchases -- we had a poor experience purchasing our pre-owned Prius from a dealership back in CA years ago, and I was girding myself to be shafted one way or another. Nettie was patient but super informative, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. She helped us make sure we got exactly what we wanted, didn't try to talk us into things we were not interested in, and we were just extremely comfortable working with her. Both she and Stacey also made our 4 y.o. feel very welcome and, engaged, and helped keep her occupied during the purchase agreement process. I can't say how pleasant it was have things be so simple and truly be allowed to quietly decide on options without being badgered and coaxed (but with some sound advice and further counsel only as requested). We got the car we wanted with the options we wanted, with a price and financing we were comfortable with, and left feeling GREAT about the entire experience -- all on top of the excitement of having our wonderful new Rav4. I look forward to our future Toyota Care maintenance visits just so we can have the pleasure of speaking with Nettie, Stacey, and the team there again. More
