Tony is wonderful to work with Tony was great to work with. I called him about a week ago to inquire on a vehicle on his lot. Unfortunately it was sold. He called me a couple days later with a few other good options but nothing caught my eye. He called me again a few days later with a rare RAV4 Sport that came in with low miles. He got me in early before someone else claimed it and it was perfect for us. i appreciate his tenacity in keeping an eye out for us to find us the right car. The whole process went smoothly and Tony answered all our questions. Would definitely suggest working with him so you leave the dealership in a car you’re happy with! More

Confusion The service we had was excellent. The service adviser called and said that the car was ready and there was no charge, we had a windshield replaced. Sh The service we had was excellent. The service adviser called and said that the car was ready and there was no charge, we had a windshield replaced. Shortly there after I received an email stating that we owed $290. My options were to view the statement or pay it. I chose to view it and sure enough the bill was $290. When we got to the dealership one of the service advisers told me there was no charge. We picked up the key and was given the invoice and it said we owed $290. The young lady informed us that it would be taken care of with insurance. It was VERY confusing to be told there was no charge and within 5 min. I receive and email stating I owed something. I wonder how many people you get to actually click on the "pay the bill" and collect double for the work done. More
