After finding two 2015s at another dealership we decided we wanted to buy a 2016. We arrived at Rudy Luther Toyota at 9 am just as the sales floor opened. Tony Zemke greeted us. He answered all our questions and searched to see what was available. After discussing several cars, he asked if we would consider a 2017. He had 2 available with low mileage. That was ideal. Although the 2017 was slightly more than we wanted to pay, the year and mileage were deciding factors. About 2 in the afternoon, after a test drive etc., we drove the car off the lot and home. Tony was a positive, outgoing, and knowledgeable sees person. We recommend him and definitely would seek him out when we have another purchase. Jane and Dan Phillips More
Good place to get a used car I had a good experience going to Rudy Luther Toyota for a 2nd time to check out and buy a used red Corolla. The sales guy I bought the car from that I had a good experience going to Rudy Luther Toyota for a 2nd time to check out and buy a used red Corolla. The sales guy I bought the car from that day was helpful, friendly and offered a fair price. I called the sales dept to see if the car was still for sale, and thankfully it was. It was also well taken care of and the sales guy let me take it out for a test drive and really get a feel for it. The finance guy explained everything clearly and was easy to work with. I was fortunate to have a good experience and a successful purchase. Even though I live in St. Cloud, MN, I would do business with Rudy Luther again. More

I was interested in a 2008 Toyota WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE!!! To buy a vehicle from this dealership. Here’s my experience threw Rudy Luther Toyota. I was interested in a 2008 Toyota Tacoma they had for sale. Original prise was 18,485 in which I thought was pretty high for this vehicle. I went to the dealership a total of four different times, test drove the truck twice. After a lot of thought and consideration, also a little pressure from the salesman. I decided I was going to put a deposit on the truck and have them hold it for me so I could get a check from my bank to pay for the truck. Wednesday November 15th. I put down a $500 deposit and signed a purchase agreement with Rudy Luther. We agreed that I would be back on Friday to give them a check to pay for the truck. Friday November 17 10:30 am I receive a call from Todd earnest. He starts out by saying,”I have some good news and some bad news. And then he said were really sorry to tell you but the truck you were going to buy has been sold and delivered to the customer, but the good news is you’re going to get your deposit back.” At this point I’m very confused on what he’s trying to say to me, I’m thinking to myself how could they sell a vehicle that I have put a deposit down on and I already signed a purchase agreement to buy that vehicle. I asked him how could this possibly happen. And he simply tells me we don’t know how it happened there was a bug in the system it’s not our fault. Then he proceeds to say sorry there’s nothing we can do for you the truck is gone and of story. Then he saw modestly tells me about another vehicle at another one of their Luther dealerships that he said might be better for you, and that we could just keep your deposit and deposit it on that truck. Like are you freakin kidding me!!! You just sold my truck 5 hours before I would be there to pay for it. I don’t know if this is how they normally do business or not, but this is completely unacceptable. Every excuse they told me was probably a complete lie. I’m almost certain they had someone offer them a little more money then I was going to pay, they also probably were going to be financed therw there company. So all that Rudy lither is about is making the most money. They could care less about there customers or there satisfaction. So in conclusion Rudy Luther screwed me over, they sold a truck that I had all the paperwork signed for a deposit down and was going to pay for that day right from underneath me. And all they can tell me a sorry there’s nothing we can do. Please put my story into consideration if you decide to go to Rudy Luther Toyota for any reason. Very, positive review of Tony Zemke and the leasing process Tony was so kind and considerate of our unfamiliarity for leasing a car having always owned our vehicles for 60 some years. My husband can no longer drive due to visual problems and I am now in charge of our affairs that I never, ever cared about. Tony directed his conversation to both of us and my husband deeply appreciated not being left out. So often, now, folks direct their conversations to me and forget that he is also present. Tony gave us all the details about the Rav4 and then gave us the details involved in leasing. We picked out a beautiful car and actually, tho I was so apprehensive when we began looking at the car, I truly became excited about it. I deeply appreciated the ease of leasing after Tony "walked" us thru the process. I also appreciated the time he took familiarizing me with the "dashboard" When we left with our new car, I was very comfortable and very confident. We thank Tony so very much. We have a new friend in Tony and now in Rudy Luther Toyota. More
