I will never take my car back to Darrow for service. I still have one free oil change, but I can't afford their free oil changes. Samantha in service was nice and helpful, not mad at her, just think the dealership is not honest about their fees. Oh I forgot to add their automated scheduling process made me put in all this information, but they never transferred it to the service department. When I arrived we had to add all the information again. Also their AI system is now hounding me for a service I said I would defer to my next oil change. 96% of my miles are expressway 70 MPH. I don't wear out brakes or other disposable parts. My saying I'll do it at 40,000 miles instead of 30,000 is logical. Something AI doesn't have yet, Logic. More
