The people seem friendly, but the efficiency is garbage. I've been in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking two hours. I know for a fact that it only takes 10 minutes for an oil change. On another I've been in for a simple oil change and it ended up taking two hours. I know for a fact that it only takes 10 minutes for an oil change. On another occasion, I had my car in for an oil change and a transmission fluid change and was quoted 3.5 hours. It took a total of 5 hours to complete. When I asked why it took so long, I was told there was only one technican working for ALL the cars. However, I knew this was a lie because I had counted a total of 3 technicians that day walking around. The amount of time it takes to do simple tasks is completely inefficient and unacceptable. Not only that, but they said that I had to pay a $50 "garage fee" that was non-negotiable. I'm sorry, but it does NOT cost $50 to recycle or dispose of parts, especially a few bottles of oil or liquid. Long story short......don't trust a dealership for quality work. They are too expensive and take too long to do anything! More

Took my car in for a parasitic draw diagnostic and told them that i have a brand new Interstate battery installed. They claimed it was because I wasn't using an OEM Honda battery and conned me into buying them that i have a brand new Interstate battery installed. They claimed it was because I wasn't using an OEM Honda battery and conned me into buying their $230 battery plus $50 labor, or pay the $95 diagnostic fee. I asked her if they performed a parasitic draw test and she told me that would be another $95 on top. I went there for a parasitic draw test in the first place! I left there $300 poorer and my parasitic draw issue is still there! More
