After my $75 oil change, I never got an inspection sheet saying how things checked out. I was told that would be on a video I was sent by the technician. I never received the video. My washer fluid wasn't topped off and when I check my engine air filter, it was quite dirty as I had just come home from a 9 day, 4200 mile trip. But I was told everything looked good. This is an awful dealership. I brought my car here due to signs of a recall (that is life endangering I might add). They did body damage to my car while it was there, refused to review the camera footage, la signs of a recall (that is life endangering I might add). I absolutely do not recommend Russ Darrow Kia. Go to ANY other Kia, and you will find amazing service. More
