JEFFREY HILGERS was the technician 100% satisfied (doesn't every dealership say this) and yet here the commitment to this goal is evident everywhere. JEFFREY HILGERS was the technician who took care of our 2020 Kia Optima SX Turbo when it needed 4 wheel balancing & tire rotation + an oil & filter change. I watched as he worked; he sent a video via text of an inspection he did underneath the car; this was so thorough including brake linings, struts, springs, shock absorbers, exhaust & more. This was the second time such a conscientious assessment was done; The first time an inspection was done & documented by video was by COREY another asset to the service department. Although the service was straightforward the degree of care & attention was on the highest level. This was especially comforting & gave peace of mind to us as we are heading on a road trip out of state. These employees deserve recognition because you cannot buy this degree of work ethic. More
This dealership really does treat their customers great. I have never experienced a car dealership that treated me as well even after the purchase had happened months ago. The servicing of the car was just as enjoyable as the purchase. Truly a top notch dealership. Any other dealership pales in comparison to this one. And, I’ve purchased 2 new cars this year. Great Job Russ Darrow. I’ve been using this dealer for service several years, and had no issues at all. I had multiple discrepancies this time but one of them was that I was told that my battery that I purchased 7 months ago n and had no issues at all. I had multiple discrepancies this time but one of them was that I was told that my battery that I purchased 7 months ago needed to be replaced. I had warranty in auto-zone so I took it back, once I got to auto-zone they ran a test and the battery was perfectly fine, no issues at all. I just don’t think that’s a good way to do business. I guess they were expecting me to take their word, and have a new battery put in for about $140. More
After my $75 oil change, I never got an inspection sheet saying how things checked out. I was told that would be on a video I was sent by the technician. I never received the video. My odometer indicating how many miles until the next oil change was not reset nor was a sticker put on my windshield indicating the same thing. My washer fluid wasn't topped off and when I check my engine air filter, it was quite dirty as I had just come home from a 9 day, 4200 mile trip. But I was told everything looked good. I wonder if they actually changed my oil. More
