The service department was extremely helpful and would come to me with updates on my vehicle. It was a fast and seamless process. They also had popcorn and a variety of drinks to choose from! I appreciate that Russ Darrow is able to get me in and work on my car in a timely fashion, however I left dissatisfied for the second visit in a row. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tec work on my car in a timely fashion, however I left dissatisfied for the second visit in a row. I asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. The tech texted me and said that my tires weren't wearing evenly and are too far gone. The problem was that he didn't have a recommendation. He said I don't need to replace them but then also didn't rotate them. I left not knowing what is going on or what I should do. Normally I'd expect to have a discussion where they provide a recommendation with pros/cons. I received an inspection video of my vehicle which I've appreciated in the past, but this time the tech was completely inaudible so I had a video of a buzzsaw and someone pointing under my car. They also didn't: mention the recall for my vehicle, reset my maintenance reminder, or suggest any recommended maintenance. When you are paying $100 dollars for an oil change, I'd really expect them to be good at these things. More

I was very impressed with my salesman. He was not pushy nor overly aggresive to get me my new SUV. He let me make my own decision in my own time. The manager was also much the same. After purchase of a used vehicle, we have taken the vehicle back for multiple oil changes. We have raised concerns multiple times about check engine lights, have been told that with no light on, they a vehicle back for multiple oil changes. We have raised concerns multiple times about check engine lights, have been told that with no light on, they are unable to see previous check engine lights. Being a mechanic previously, I know that has to be false. I have returned the vehicle with the light on, and they noted the light, but they didn’t do anything about the fault. They said bring it back a different day as it was a Saturday, and no tech was around. Upon yet another return to the dealership, the light had gone out, and once again was told they couldn’t do anything about it. I understand intermittent issues can take time, yet a code that Kia has posted a technical bulletin with warranty hours of .3… I also have been waiting for word on when our steering wheel heater will be replaced and it has been 2 months still on that issue as well. I don't think Russ Darrow is the best value for getting your vehicle serviced. Having regular maintenance performed here doesn't seem to justify the price. This morning I came for an appointment for an estimate and Jamie came out and was so very helpful and actually was able to help me so I didn’t actually have to make an additional appointment.
