After a terrible bait-and-switch experience with a dishonest finance manager and salesperson at Russ Darrow Mazda in Madison with buying a vehicle at the Metro Mazda Milwaukee lot, I was able to purch dishonest finance manager and salesperson at Russ Darrow Mazda in Madison with buying a vehicle at the Metro Mazda Milwaukee lot, I was able to purchase the vehicle I initially wanted directly from the team at Metro Mazda, and it turned out to be the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. Erica and Alejandro were both very straightforward and treating me like a real human through the entire process. There were no pressure tactics, they knew what I wanted and didn’t want, what I was willing to pay and respected that through the entire process. If you are concerned or apprehensive about buying a car, check this place out. I’ll definitely shop here first for my next Mazda. More
