Sales associate said car had remote start , when I got key and looked in keys there was no remote start. When I confronted manager about it he said he can't do nothing because is not in writing . Sales as key and looked in keys there was no remote start. When I confronted manager about it he said he can't do nothing because is not in writing . Sales associate as well lied to me about oil change saying ot was 6 for 450 . Ended up being 3 for that money. Overall worst experience I ever had. On top of that Sales associate brought me to department to watche supervisor argue over who fault is misquoted labor. Again worst possible experience. Manager pretty much told me he can't accommodate nothing because he will lose money? More
