We enjoyed working with Nevin. Good follow up leading up to our visit. Friendly and knowledgeable. I hated the surface protection warranty hard sell. Felt like a scam. We were treated poorly after rejecting the warranty. The truck was very dirty and out of gas when we left. I’m happy with the truck so far but would never come back based on trying to take advantage of people with coating protection warranty. More

There was black sticky stuff all over the handles, hood and then the other car door. The setting image is on my dashboard and they never took it off and now it won’t come off and they are making me come ba and then the other car door.
