We were just there for an oil change. Turns out my daughter in LA was in the process of buying a used Rav4 at a used car lot and called me for advice. while we were there. I bought a Lexus GX 460 on 7/15/2021. After two weeks I found out the front right side bumper was damage and they glued(Can be seen in gray) it to the body for temporary fix. I texted them with the detail message along with the picture, no reply. I emailed them using their website and no respond. Today is 9/2/2021 still no one contacted me. Highly disappointed! More
