mixed up appointment I called and scheduled an appointment using the phone number from Google maps. I confirmed the appointment was with Russ Darrow in West Bend. When I w I called and scheduled an appointment using the phone number from Google maps. I confirmed the appointment was with Russ Darrow in West Bend. When I went to the appointment, they couldn't find me. I had to come back 5 hours later. The service center said that the Google number wasn't correct. Why is someone answering your phone number as Russ Darrow West Bend and taking the time to confirm appointments for you. Wherever the problem is with the phone number, since you know about it, maybe you should fix it. At least you should have a way to annotate notes in your sytem for when a customer has a complaint. I would have never typed this review if you hadn't texted me asking to write a review. More

The experience I had at Russ Darrow was excellent. I was able to wander the lot peacefully for a while, then I was approached to see what I needed. Travis then showed me several cars that for my needs, expl able to wander the lot peacefully for a while, then I was approached to see what I needed. Being able to have him there if I needed but not being pushy was perfect. More
