Excellent sales but disappointing service Sales person was great taking a very bad situation and turning it into a good deal trading in a truck service refused to repair. My 2007 Tacoma was part of the frame recall, but after the frame was replaced, there were numerous issues that were not resolved. Brakes and ABS system were not working and Service refused to fix, saying the truck was too old. Needed a reliable vehicle for an upcoming trip so had no alternative but to trade it in. On the way out the door to shop at other dealers, Dave did his best to get us a good deal on a trade in and keep my business. More

We were looking at a new 4Runner and new Highlander. Test drove both and immediately bought a beautiful Highlander Limited Platinum model off the showroom floor. After saying how much we liked the color, Travis opened the showroom door and pulled it outside for us to drive. Justin was also great with our 0.9% financing. We got a lifetime warranted Simonize coat applied and drove the new car home the same day. Travis also gave us a very fair price on our RAV4 Trade-in.
