We took a test drive and then Rey explained the features of the car and answered questions. We inquired about why the price was higher than what was listed online. We were informed that the Internet price was correct. The process of purchasing the car went smoothly overall. One recommendation that I have for car dealers in general is to spend less time communicating between the sales rep and manager, which I suspect is simply a sales strategy.
