I got a call at 3:51 PM on Monday that my car could not be ready for pickup despite my calling that morning to confirm that it would; this after leaving the car with Subaru since the prior Thursday. I arrived at the subaru office at 4pm, 9 minutes after Subarus call having left work early and made special travel plans to get there. Very disappointed in the service and communications.
