They are not customer service oriented and their mechanics are not the best. The other day I was charged for the replacement of a filter they installed only a few months before. Somehow the mechanic mechanics are not the best. The other day I was charged for the replacement of a filter they installed only a few months before. Somehow the mechanic failed to note this. They promised me a Crosstrek as a loaner and when I got there was told none were avsilable resulting in my waiting for 3 plus hours. And that’s what occurred on only one visit!!! More
