Advised me of needing three tires replacing but didn’t investigate further why 3 tires need replacing which may have been a deeper issue within vehicle. Also added on my receipt document of service that vehicle is “unsafe/dangerous to drive” with also adding my tires are “completely bald” I was quoted when if that fictional statement was indeed true, my car wouldn’t have passed inspection if that was the case. Unnecessary derogatory comments and not investigating the issue further led to my rating. Mentioning my tires are “completely bald” as if I had racing tires on is a complete farce and unacceptable. They apparently did a multi point inspection they say, but they didn’t see the loose weatherstripping inside of drivers side door jam nor mention it? Seems they are only looking to replace what is profitable to them. More
I visited Rye Subaru to just look around and see what available options they had in their inventory. As I stepped into the sales department I was greeted by the sales members and was introduced to Lauren available options they had in their inventory. As we got to look into the options that they had available on their show room floor. I was mainly focused on the new 2026 Subaru Outback. Lauren was able to explain and show many of the features the vehicle has and was very knowledgeable with each item within the car. After test driving the vehicle and got to know more about the 2026 Outback. I was hooked with how smooth and quiet the ride was and all the amazing features the car has. Once we where back at the dealership I was greeted by Louis Rivera the GM, as well as the sales manager David Nausch. After pricing out and going over the numbers, they made entire process of purchasing my new 2026 Subaru outback so easy and without any hassle. This had to be one of the easiest and most comfortable experiences I ever had purchasing a new car. After choosing the color and picking out my options I met with Craig Noe who was part of the finance team and he also went over all the paper work and the finalizing of the purchase. In which he was very thorough and was able to explain all the paper work that came with the purchase. Overall it was an excellent experience and would highly recommend Rye Subaru for anyone who’s looking into a new vehicle and highly recommend the 2026 Subaru Outback! More

Glenn initially called with an estimate of about $10,000 and suggested I contact the Subaru district manager for possible assistance. Before I even made that call, he contacted us again to say that Rye Subaru would cover the repair at no cost. They repaired the vehicle and provided us with a loaner during the process. Glenn kept us informed throughout and was attentive the entire time. We really appreciate the professionalism and support from Glenn, Anthony Ciccone, and the service team. More
