Oh, my! 24-48 hours just to get a service estimate. Then possibly days to get the work done, as they apparently don't stock a lot of parts. Unfortunately, we had to bring our Jeep there TWICE this month (separate issues, same result) -- we bought our extended warranty through them, which at least keeps the costs low. Regretted the entire transaction! Finance failed to communicate with me after the sale, personally, to void the sale. Preferred using his own phone for texts over using recorded company phone. They listened to our concerns and showed us multiple vehicles, not just the one we went there for. We especially loved that they didn't only listen to my concerns but my wife's as well. The 3 other dealerships we went to before them discounted my wife's questions and looked at me when they answered her questions, not her. Comments were also made by other dealerships that "a wife doesn't usually look at the tires." Tyrone and Deshaun actually spoke more with my wife than me and made us both feel comfortable. They worked magic on pricing for us and we have no regrets about our purchase. They followed up with us the next day to see if we were still happy with our purchase. Rob the service advisor is pleasant to start with and is then rude later into repairs and will give false information to you as to the status of your vehicle if it is in there for an extended period of time. Tom the Service Director told me today when I took the truck to them for issues, to take it to another dealership that will service me and that he was cancelling my Saturday service appointment. My truck spent 54 days in the dealership for warranty work and when they could not do the repair correctly, they had to put in a new engine and made it sound like it was done out of good will. STAY AWAY!!! More
