Hassle free buying experience I recently bought a fully loaded 2017 QX60, since I live in on Long Island, most of my sales experience was over the phone and it was incredibly pleas I recently bought a fully loaded 2017 QX60, since I live in on Long Island, most of my sales experience was over the phone and it was incredibly pleasant. I got in touch with Kevin Tonero, who provided a very attractive price via email. This is unheard of, typically you have to spend hours before a dealership starts to give you something reasonable. I was reluctant to drive 60+ miles not knowing if it will bait and switch, or they low ball me to make up the difference in trade, but again, they surprised me with very reasonable price. I am glad that I contacted Salerno Duane. Look at the hundreds of raving reviews they have on dealerater, that should be enough to give them your business. More

Horrible customer service Major Problems with my car in less than 3 years and was told that since I am not a "loyal" customer they will not work with me. By "loyal" I was told Major Problems with my car in less than 3 years and was told that since I am not a "loyal" customer they will not work with me. By "loyal" I was told I do not get all of my service done at Infiniti. including oil changes, therefore I am not a valued customer. On top if it, paid $200 for them to tell me the same thing I told them was wrong with car (I even told them the error code). Allie knows the warranty and was deceitful about that as well. Bought my car at this dealer and referred a friend here. Would never buy another car from this dealer. Worst customer service I have ever received at a dealer. More
