The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.

Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.

I honestly think Five Star Ford of Carrollton should consider renaming themselves Six Star Ford—that’s the level of service I experienced during my recent purchase. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. My sales representative, David Baldovin, truly went above and beyond. He provided honest guidance throughout the negotiation process and never made me feel pressured. What stood out even more is that he had already earned my trust beforehand by treating my daughter so well when she bought her first car from him. While I understand this is a business and sales are their livelihood, it was clear that customer satisfaction—and more importantly, long-term loyalty—meant more to David than simply maximizing profit on a single deal. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend giving Five Star Ford of Carrollton a call. They may take a little more time to finalize everything, but that extra care and attention make all the difference. More

The Five Star experience was truly five star! I was dreading going through the process of buying a new car, haggling over the price, and taking all day to do it, so I was shocked at how easy a I was dreading going through the process of buying a new car, haggling over the price, and taking all day to do it, so I was shocked at how easy and quick the process was at Sam Pack’s Five Star Ford Carrollton. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted immediately, introduced to Jared Wingard, and had a wonderful car buying experience. Jared, Luis Gonzalez (finance), and Alexandra Benvenuto (accessories) were all friendly and professional and were never pushy. They each explained the various options available to me and allowed me to make the decisions, without any pressure and without trying to hide any dealer add ons or fees. Jared, in particular, was a true pleasure to work with and made the process easy and enjoyable and was friendly, genuine, honest, and professional. In fact, everyone I met that day was super friendly and helpful. I even had an enjoyable conversation after my purchase with Rocky Wall on the way out.
