Sam Pack's Five Star Ford is located at I-35E and Crosby Road in Carrollton,Texas. The dealership comprises more than 16 acres and employs approximately 200 local sales, service and administrative personnel. Sam Pack purchased the dealership in 1980 and the dealership has shown significant growth each and every year since.
These are some of over 100 other corporate awards, recognitions, honors and community service accolades that Five Star Ford has won since Sam Pack has taken charge of the dealership.
Mr. Pack, Time Magazine's "Quality Dealer of the Year" for his exceptionally high customer satisfaction standards, also earned Ford's "Distinguished Achievement Award" which is the highest Ford Division honor. The Metrocrest Chamber of Commerce made Mr. Pack Citizen Of The Year and, more recently, The Carrollton / Farmers Branch Rotary Club recognized Mr. Pack as their Man of the Year.
Mr. Pack's Dealership has been listed by Auto Age Magazine as one of the leading dealerships in the United States. This was established by being in the Top 100 Club which comprises the top 100 Ford dealers Nationally out of approximately 4,600, on numerous occasions.

my wife and myself bought her a new ford fiesta and a 2020 f250 for me we have bought a total of 6 cars and trucks from this dealer ship the f250 is still under warranty. it wont start there is something 2020 f250 for me we have bought a total of 6 cars and trucks from this dealer ship the f250 is still under warranty. it wont start there is something wrong with the electrical i have had the truck for 13 months now. when i called the service dept this morning i was told they were 3 weeks out to even look at it. and i was told they have nothing for me to drive. i gave 81000 for this truck and have spent around 330,000 with this dealership in the past 25 years. this is unacceptable service to such a loyal customer. lisa and cliff wynn More

Had found the car there and called and had a very helpful sales person. It ran into the weekend and of course they raised the price. When I called the last time to work out logistics as we needed car deliver sales person. It ran into the weekend and of course they raised the price. When I called the last time to work out logistics as we needed car delivered. The price went up again. Used car guy would not honor price when we inquired about it. A pathetic way to do business and the excuse was they were following the market. Dealers that do this are hurting them selves and customers. People dumb enough jumping into a deal where the vehicle is over price when the market gets back to right they won’t be able to trade out of it they will be so upside down on what they have. A cheesy business practice. So I saw nothing wrong with the salesman he was a good guy caught in the middle. The sales mgr is why people hates car salesman.. willing to be your best friend till they ain’t. More
