I don't understand how any auto dealer can get away with such terrible customer service in their service department - OR - how Jerry Reynolds of CarPro can give them such high praise - when their customer s such terrible customer service in their service department - OR - how Jerry Reynolds of CarPro can give them such high praise - when their customer service is so terrible! The customer service provided by any Nissan Dealer, and many others, is far superior to that of 5 Star Ford! My Nissan Dealer schedules appointments that are real appointments, and they have a "quick service" line for simple service such as oil changes. You can schedule the time and they will meet you at your appointment, take your car in, complete the oil change and have your car out in 30-60 minutes. At 5 Star Ford that doesn't happen! They schedule your appointment, and have no one meet you at your appointed time, and when you finally do get a service rep, they tell you "we don't have a "quick service" line for oil changes - if you decide to wait, it will be several hours to complete your oil change, or we can give you a ride home and come and pick you up when your car is available - so plan on wasting the day with us waiting on your oil change to be completed!" This week, when I arrived at my appointment, my service agent did not meet me at the appointment. One of the other service agents said "I'll text him for you." After waiting 15 minutes for my service agent to arrive - I left, never to return - for service, or for purchase of a Ford vehicle! This has been my experience - every time I've visited 5 Star Ford for oil change service on my Ford! Never again! And... I warn you... if you care about prompt customer focused service... look elsewhere - probably Nissan, or Honda, or Toyota! And... forget... the advice of Jerry Reynolds of CarPro! None of it is true!!! More
Vincent Is unprofessional and dishonest. I had to drive to the dealership and show him with one of his technicians. after the techniacian told him that I was right about it. He got upset and told me he will not fix and asked me to get the h out. his other boss is took his side instead of focusing on the problem they were focusing how to not take responsibilty. I have faith in the owner and hope he would contact me soon to resolve this matter. More

Love 5 star ford of Carrollton, I've been going there for approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my tru approx. 3 years having my F150 serviced. I wished they were competitive with other local ford dealer service prices when it comes to servicing my truck. With today's inflation one would think businesses would be competitive especially when you talking about the exact same service from another Ford dealership a few miles down the road from them. As much as I dislike going to other local dealerships when it comes to saving 40 dollars for the exact service you know where I'm going. The GM of 5star needs to be competitive instead of sending their customers down the road. Update: June 27: I received a call from Ken (Service Manager) and we discussed the above review. After the discussion and the explanation of the price difference, I was pleased with the outcome of our conversation. Ken truly supported what I stated regarding their customer service and loyalty to their customers. Thank you Ken and Sam Pack's Five Star Ford for always putting the customer first. More
My first experience with a Sam Pack dealership was the Carrollton dealership in 2006. I have been going to the Dallas location due to convenience and proximity. Their service there has gone downhill so bad that I cannot go there anymore. You are lucky if you get a response from them at all much less a prompt reply from managers on down. Mass confusion always. Very disappointing considering how it used to be. Possibly due to employee turnover. So, I searched the Carrollton location and found out that Clay Young was still there as was my salesman Rey Mendoza and Trey Russell. Also discovered some other employees in service department were still there. My first inquiry was to Clay, and lo and behold I received a very prompt, detailed response, fully answering my inquiry. I have not been back yet but that is my goal. More

Sam Pack Ford has serviced my Explorer since I bought it there in 2018. Clay always treats me politely and takes care of my car's service needs. The dealership is always neat and clean and comfortable for t there in 2018. Clay always treats me politely and takes care of my car's service needs. I took the car to the dealership for service, but Clay told me it could be serviced and delivered to my house before noon and it was. I went and had breakfast with my wife and shortly after we got home the car was delivered by this nice young man. Thanks! More
