They were more concerned about the sale then customer service.. Even though the truck was marked as-is, I would have expected the base component to work or be disclosed that they were non-functional. Which I refused to pay. In hindsight, I have no idea what this is for other then a money grab. I understand that we should have kicked the tires better, but given this experience, I not sure what the draw is to purchase from a dealer is if this going to be the level of service you get. To date, I have repaired the cruise control, replaced the cabin air filter, the A/C blower, the drivers side headlight bulb (low beam) the broken radio antenna, 2 fuses and now the horn is non-functioning. All of this has been done within a month of purchase. I have reached to both the sales person and replied to the manager’s post purchase check in and neither have followed back up. More
