I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very disappointed with this dealership. As soon as I brought the vehicle home, I had to replace the oil, fuel filter, air filter, and tires — all basic maintenance that should’ve been done before selling the vehicle. Yet, they still charged a steep “reconditioning fee” for work that clearly wasn’t performed. Total lack of transparency and care. I wouldn’t trust them again and don’t recommend anyone else does either. More

First, I have no idea who Dennis Erazo is. They knew I was coming to look at this via specific vehicle, driving 2 1/2 hours to get there. I was told that I would be dealing directly with a sal They knew I was coming to look at this via specific vehicle, driving 2 1/2 hours to get there. I was told that I would be dealing directly with a sales manager, and that it would go very very quickly so that I could get back on the road to get home. When I arrived, they didn't know where the key was. Then I had to deal with a regular salesman. Who did the back-and-forth xx that I was told would not happen. The salesman took the vehicle to the back to be filled up and washed while I waited over 45 minutes for the finance guys to get my paperwork ready even though I brought my own financing. By the time I was done with the finance office my vehicle still was not ready for about another half an hour and then I had to wait for plates to be put on. What I was told would last two hours or less because it was pretty much all worked out took over 4 1/2 hours. It should never take that long to purchase a vehicle when you've already chosen a vehicle and when you bring your own financing. I felt like they were jerking me around and making me wait intentionally. I love my vehicle, but I will purchase for a different Jeep dealer. Next time. I need one and I will never go there for service. More
