Bought a Certified Pre Owned Ford Focus less than less than 2 years ago, it only had 1 owner and around 90,000 miles and consistently serviced at this dealership so I figured it would last at least 4 year than 2 years ago, it only had 1 owner and around 90,000 miles and consistently serviced at this dealership so I figured it would last at least 4 years to get my daughter thru high school and some college...so wrong. In the last two months the service dept has recommended more than $3000 worth of repairs that’s almost the worth of the car so at this point we have to let it go. So disappointed not necessarily in the dealer staff but in the actual product. Never buying another focus again, should have gone with a Honda we never have problems with our used Honda’s but the car was cheap, I guess you get what you pay for. More
The sales people are awesome. The service center not so great. My 2020 Ford Escape was in your service department for 3 1/2 months for a bad transmission. I had it for one month. They brought my car out to me filthy inside and out. It looked 5 yrs old. I dropped it off shiney and new. I was very disappointed and upset. Now there is a recall on the view rear camera. Not happy. I stopped by San Tan Ford when my wife’s Explored had an issue that required repair. James Zyck, a salesman, took a few minutes out of his day to make sure I was taken care of in the service department. W issue that required repair. James Zyck, a salesman, took a few minutes out of his day to make sure I was taken care of in the service department. When I had a wild hair to look at a new Explorer for my wife. I decided to buy her something new, and James never played the “let me get my manager card.” He told me what he could do, and when it didn’t match where I wanted to be, he shook my hand and wished me well. I went back and did some research and figured out James had offered me a pretty fair deal. I went back and bought from him. It was the easiest, smoothest car deal I’ve ever had, start to finish, and I typically buy a car every year. James is my guy from here on out. I won’t buy one from anyone else. The entire team at San Tan Ford was pretty great. They didn’t try to oversell me on extras and let me get in and out in about a third the time of other dealerships. If you need a Ford, go to San Tan Ford and ask for James Zyck. More
