Not the best experience Met up with Michael to take a look at a fusion he was nice and professional did the test drive as well as an appraisal on my trade in. Things got sour Met up with Michael to take a look at a fusion he was nice and professional did the test drive as well as an appraisal on my trade in. Things got sour after looking at the numbers. I told him since the beginning that i wanted a lease on the fusion I drove. He came came back with numbers on a different fusion and suggested to finance and not lease. I refused to sign and his attitude completely changed. Came back again and said they’d give me more for my trade, still to finance the car I didn’t come to look at! I refused to sign again and that was the last I saw him. Out came his manager Justin and it was the same BS. Told him I did my research and why I wanted to lease but neither of them cared and I never saw numbers on a lease I was done at that point. This place is a joke. Excellent experience! We’ve been to countless dealerships throughout the country for over 40 years, and San Tan Ford is at the top of the list. From walking in, the place w We’ve been to countless dealerships throughout the country for over 40 years, and San Tan Ford is at the top of the list. From walking in, the place was clean and inviting. No pressure. They had plenty of inventory and my wife was able to pick her color and accessories for her SUV. Not so in the other dealers in the valley. We me our salesman, Patrick McAllister, who guided us through the process, painlessly. And by the way, snack bar and beverages were available as well. The whole experience felt like it was family. And were back in the Ford family, after owning a Ford Bronco, F-150, Ranger, and Mustang. More

Where do I even begin John dye. This man is honestly amazing. As always he went above and beyond to deliver and bent over backwards to get things done my way. I was wary of John dye. This man is honestly amazing. As always he went above and beyond to deliver and bent over backwards to get things done my way. I was wary of purchasing a car because of the “sales gimmicks” but he was up front and 100% transparent. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Now... Ted Steer (the finance “manager”) I’m honestly surprised they let him be manager of anything. It’s no wonder they stuck him in a box behind a desk. This man is the rudest, most sarcastic smug person I have ever met. If he has any friends I would honestly be surprised. However I give the owner credit for sticking him where he belongs... in a box away from other normal human beings. Avoid him if you can! Overall I had a great experience and would like to say THANKS JOHN! More
