Good buying experience Overall we had a good buying experience. For once, the price listed online is what we were given when we came in. The only issue was that we were sent on a test drive with a dead battery so when the car turned off we were stuck. The sales staff was very professional and helped us negotiate a fair deal. Its All About You As a credit challenged person I really did't think we were getting a car. I just wanted to test drive the Ford Focus. But Jeff sat down with me and told me they would do everything they could to get me into a car that day. So I decided to give them a shot. And not too long later Jeff came out of the credit dept. and said you are approved. I really thought I would die before I got a new car . I don't remember the credit managers name but we were fellow USS Enterprise Sailors from 2 different wars 2 different eras. He was Desert Storm I Vietnam but American Brothers just the same.
