Do not buy any cars from this dealership First time buyer and I received horrible customer service. I signed a deal that was affordable and a week later they called and said I need to come do First time buyer and I received horrible customer service. I signed a deal that was affordable and a week later they called and said I need to come down and go over my preapproval. Which I had no clue what they were talking about because I already signed the deal and all the paperwork the first time. Then they come at me saying the bank that was lending me the loan wanted more . They nearly doubled my monthly payment. I was literally paying for a new car rather than the used one I bought. Plus the finance representative filled out my contract incorrectly stating that I was buying a new car rather than the used one. I ended up returning the car and the finance manager had an attitude. PEOPLE DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP, they will lie to you and do whatever it takes to get you sign and later in come at you with a deal that is not what you signed up for.
