I get all my maintenance done on my truck. For the technicians and or the staff up front to not tell me it was time to replace my battery cost me a days work to the tune of $1,500. It took one hour and 45 minutes to change the light bulb in my headlight. I was never updated on the progress of the repair. I have watched another mechanic change the same bulb... from opening the hood to in my headlight. I was never updated on the progress of the repair. I have watched another mechanic change the same bulb... from opening the hood to installing the bulb and then closing the hood and checking that it shines properly ... 10 minutes. I paid $60 in labor charges for that change of a light bulb. I will have it done elsewhere in the future. More
