A complete lack of communication about the purchase and financing process, had to sign multiple contracts across multiple days and in total spent more that five hours at the dealership across two days. Fin financing process, had to sign multiple contracts across multiple days and in total spent more that five hours at the dealership across two days. Finance ran credit multiple times without notifying us and you had to have us cancel two separate contracts, one of which was because the wrong date was on the paperwork. We have bought two previous vehicles in the past year and this experience was on a different level in terms of our frustration. More

Complete satisfied with Mikell and Toyota fast service. Tundra purchased from Santa Cruz Toyota tin 2002and now has 97,000 miles on it and all service thru SC Toyota. Must be doing something right.
