Amazing I have never felt so at ease purchasing a new vehicle as I felt at Sapaugh. I felt they were honest and up front, not constantly trying to bounce back and forth saying "I'll go back and see what else we can do to get closer to your desired price" - no mickey mouse games played. Everyone was very friendly and actually seemed happy to be there! We have purchased trucks from Sapaugh in the past and this was our first family vehicle and we will definitely return for future purchases. Thank you all! More

My experience with just another salesmen 6/7/2018 I took my vehicle in for service. Love the service department. My wife and I decided to walk around and look at the new vehicles (Traverses). 6/7/2018 I took my vehicle in for service. Love the service department. My wife and I decided to walk around and look at the new vehicles (Traverses). We found one and decided to take a harder look. That’s when I met Chip. Nice enough guy at first. Started talking just a few numbers and he asked me what I would pay for this vehicle if I had cash. I told him and he said, “Nope, won’t do it.” I handed him the key and said, “Well, I might as well not test drive it then.” Chip walked away. I was only $2900 off the asking price. There wasn’t any negotiation with this individual and it was certainly just another frustrating encounter with a “salesman”. I suggest you deal with another individual when looking for a new vehicle. However, I dealt with Art Speth in the service department and he was awesome. Thanks Art for being professional and respectful. More
