Service I brought my daughters Cadillac ATS in for service in January due to oil leak and was told by Mark K that they could not find a leak. There is oil jn garage floor so that is a sure sign of a leak. Mark recommended we get a dye ran through the car and for her to drive it 1500 miles. I asked," if she drives it, it will throw it out of warranty." Mark said, "no." Sure enough I brought it back in after driving it 1500 miles and it's not under warranty. Now they want me to pay $200.00 for the part. The paperwork from previous service appointment and cadillac repair sheets were missing out of my glove box after my appointment as well. Would I recommend them ....NO!!!! I called Cadillac while I was waiting and they verified it is under warranty. I filed complaint with Cadillac More

I never felt as if I was taken advantage of although I am a young woman. He was a good listener and respectful of our lifestyle. He followed through with correspondence only after we gave permission and never pressured us. Our patience was always appreciated and he was quick to make sure that we were satisfied. We do not visit car lots often and he made the whole experience stress free. Can't do math After seeing their sign at the dealership that they would buy your car direct, I took my 2013 Chevy Traverse LTZ and came to an agreement on price to After seeing their sign at the dealership that they would buy your car direct, I took my 2013 Chevy Traverse LTZ and came to an agreement on price to just sell it outright. I was willing to look at their used car inventory for a car in the 10000 range. To my surprise, they had a 2013 Toyota Camry for 11300 per the sales paperwork from the salesman. He signed off on that price, his manager signed off on it and 11300 was in the field for bottom line price. AFTER a week during which my CU processed the loan...dealing with Sapaugh for title and documents...I took the check to the dealership to finish the purchase. The finance manager now reviewing the paperwork determined the numbers were off and wanted another 3000 dollars. I walked away from the deal. On our way home that evening, (we still had the car as we were intending to buy it and needed a way home)...a person claiming to be the sales manager called to say they were going to "honor the original deal" and to come back in the morning with the 11000 check. Lucky for us...we brought our own car along because they claimed to know nothing of the call. Most dealerships record all calls but they would not pull the call to confirm the conversation. I left the Camry there and drove home in one of my other cars. lesson....bring a calculator and do your own calculations. They do not honor their deals as they write them. More
