Worst service department I have ever dealt with I bought a brand new 2026 truck and had transmission issue with it within 1000 miles the service department acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about a brand new 2026 truck and had transmission issue with it within 1000 miles the service department acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about and gave me paperwork on why my truck drives the way it does 49 days later truck still at the dealership waiting to be repaired valve body in transmission no sense of urgency the service tech calls one a week and says no updates and then they say we have the parts give me a date when it will be ready and it’s not and when I call to see if it’s ready they won’t call me back.
