Unfortunately, my visit today will be my last. I brought my 2023 XT5 in strictly for an routine oil change and tire rotation. Instead of straightforward service, the advisor, Tim, pressured me int I brought my 2023 XT5 in strictly for an routine oil change and tire rotation. Instead of straightforward service, the advisor, Tim, pressured me into an expensive fuel injection service. My car only has 22,000 miles on it, has zero performance issues, and absolutely did not need this. Here is why... Charging an additional $350.00 for a fuel injection service WITHOUT asking if there were any performance issues such as poor acceleration, lack of throttle response, etc. Complete nonsense. In addition, considering that the fuel injection flush was nothing likely more than pouring a $5.00 bottle of injection cleaner into the gas tank IS UNACCEPTABLE. If it was something more than this I want the technical specifications. As a senior woman, I felt completely targeted, manipulated, and taken advantage of. I consulted with a friend who is a seasoned car enthusiast. "Complete Nonsense" It is disgusting to see a luxury dealership treat a decade-long loyal customer with the sketchy up-selling tactics you would expect from a subpar chain shop. The staff is overwhelmed, unprofessional, and dishonest. I am beyond disappointed and will never bring my vehicle back to this location for service. More
