UPon driving my car to the dealer, I was greeted by Joe Mistretta with a smile and assurance that our car would be serviced quickly. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while waiting as well in a neatly provided waiting room. The the replacement battery was installed, and the warranty was accepted. No charge. The car is running great!! I do hope a replacement fob can be provided in the future. GerrY Halpern More
