The Sales department is fantastic, the service department is not. The service reps are not organized, they fail to proactively and clearly communicate progress and completion timeframes. When we finally picked up the car, the service rep could not articulate the problem or the fix as the paperwork was not yet submitted by the technician. In addition, the availability of the loaner car is non-existent. I would have to give serious thought to where I will service my car next. More

Poor customer feedback. I had to call dealer to find out the status of my truck. The advisors told me they would call me back and they didn’t. Once again I called after 4 I had to call dealer to find out the status of my truck. The advisors told me they would call me back and they didn’t. I live in Farmingdale so the proximity is excellent for me especially since I am a disabled veteran. Lot is always orderly with clean and shiny cars on display. Interior of building always has the newest and nicest looking cars on display for potential customers to view. Work stations and entire display area is always beautifully seasonally decorated. Sales people are aware of you without being over bearing and ready to help with any questions. This to me is what a dealership should be. Thank you for being kind caring and very professional. Just want to add that Joe Mistretta is amazing. When he sees me coming he immediately stops whatever he is doing weather it’s working at his desk or talking with another employee. He makes me feel like a VIP and I really appreciate this. He is cordial and sometimes humorous while always assuring me my situation will be dealt with immediately.
