Sales and service need to be in tuned with each other. Car was certified and after spending over $800 on repairs the car was not detailed. It took almost 3 weeks to correct the issue. The service performed was excellent, and the multiple-month delay in getting the needed part was not Sarant's problem. However, someone from the dealership told the Cadillac Customer Service line, when I was on the phone with Cadillac Customer Service at the same time, that the part had come in and that I missed a service appointment the day before. That was beyond infuriating, as I had no idea the part had come in, and there was absolutely no appointment for any service that had been scheduled with me. Then, while I was on hold with Cadillac Customer Service, my Sarant Sales Advisor called me and said the same thing to me, that the part had come in and that I had missed an appointment the day before. Beyond aggravating to hear that when it completely untrue. More
I cant say enough about my service manager Gerson! ! He is so kind, professional and most of all so patient!! I have been really upset there at times, and his professionalism and ability to calm me do ! He is so kind, professional and most of all so patient!!
