I have had my 2017 Grand Cherokee serviced here for a while. For simple things like oil changes and tire rotations and also some "oh xxxx, why is my check engine light on" moments. Most recently my husband and I dealt with Robbie in the service department and his level of patience and communication is top notch. Jeremy was great to deal with and I must say he was very very patient with me on the first day all the way to the last day when we purchased our vehicle.
