I went for a service on my Jeep. While there I was looking around at other cars because I was interested in trading in my car my Subaru and getting something else. I started talking to a salesman abou looking around at other cars because I was interested in trading in my car my Subaru and getting something else. I started talking to a salesman about this he found me a car I was interested in and got me a price on it and my car for a trade in with out looking at my car. He tried selling me on a discount that dodge was running for all cars at the time. My Jeep was finial finished with its service ( they over charged me) but at that time I really didn’t care because I was super interested in buying this new car. They sales guy asked me if I wanted to come back and bring my car down and we could start doing the paper work to get this new car. So I drove an hour home and got my car to bring back for them to look at. We arriving back and looking at my car they didn’t move on the price or my trade in (it was lower then it should be by a lot) I even tried to get them to move on the price a little bit considering the price was up 2,500 k to 3k higher then it should be. The salesmen took it to the finance guy and he didn’t even give me a counter offer. So at the end of the day I drive 4 hours wasted gas in both of my vehicles and was overcharged by the service department ($114) for an oil change. To top it off I didn’t even receive a follow up call asking if I was interested in the car or any other vehicle they had there and I went 3/3/20. More
