Don’t live up to the hype I am pretty much done with this dealership. Since 2016, I bought a Ram 1500, Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep Grand Cherokee and now just ordered a Ram 2500. I am pretty much done with this dealership. Since 2016, I bought a Ram 1500, Jeep Wrangler and a Jeep Grand Cherokee and now just ordered a Ram 2500. The first time, they gave me low ball offers on my trades. Each time, there had billboards claiming to be #1 in the country and huge discounts on the model I was looking for. each time, it was BS. This last time, I was working with the BDC salesperson on to get a price on an order, a sales manager was involved. Eventually, as I was tiring of the usual sales tactics, I told him of my experiences in the past with them. He frankly told me, he had nothing to do with that and basically didn’t care. I was done with them at that moment. I ordered it from another dealer a week later. Huge savings. In fact, i went to four dealers and all gave much better pricing. You need to do your due diligence when buying a new car. Also, I wanted to see how their service department was so i took in my Wrangler through the quick lane service. It took about an hour for an oil change and tire rotation and air filter and cost me $170. Never again. More
