Fast, Friendly Knowledgeable, Clean, Exciting I walked in to Savage 61 and I was greeted by very neat appearing friendly and caring gentlemen who directed me to Bob Care. Bob was very knowledgeabl I walked in to Savage 61 and I was greeted by very neat appearing friendly and caring gentlemen who directed me to Bob Care. Bob was very knowledgeable, friendly, great sense of humor. He had to have a sense of humor to put up with my husband. We told Bob what we were looking for and he searched until he found what best suited what we wanted. Bob was very hospitable and offered us refreshments while we looked for our new vehicle. Bob worked very well with me to set up a good time to pick up my vehicle. And also helped me set up an appointment for my other vehicle to get serviced and inspected. Bob was wonderful. Bob introduced us to Brad Gingrich in the financing department. Brad also had a great sense of humor, was very neat with his appearance, was very knowledgeable and explained a lot to us about warranties and services we could get to make our experience with our Dodge Caravan more enjoyable. Then Bob took us out to go over every aspect of my new vehicle. He gave me the Grand tour of my new Caravan. He even helped me program my phone to the navigation so I can make calls and listen to the music I have pre recorded on my phone. Bob also helped me figure out how to use the GPS. Our over all experience with Savage 61 was excellent. We will share with all our friends the great service we received at Savage 61 and try to get them to stop by Savage 61 for any vehicle they are looking to purchase. Everyone at Savage 61 are real great. More
