Within 24 hours the manager and a sales rep Marianna, whom I did not work with to finalize the deal, contacted me and made things right. I was overwhelmed. I was so grateful for their willingness to understand why I was upset and go above and beyond to fix it. I understand things happen. And usually nobody cares but that was not my experience here. I was blown away. I would recommend this dealership. And I would highly recommend you go see Marianna when you want to lease or purchase a new Ford. I got the Ford Explorer and I absolutely love my new car. More
