He made our experience at Sayville Ford pleasurable. He wasn't the pushy type of salesperson that I hate, in fact, he was just the opposite. He was easy going and let us decide on our own whether a new vehicle was for us at this time. We found Mike to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Custom order of a 2018 Mustang I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT via custom order. Mike V took his time helping me decide exactly how I wanted my car to turn out. He is quite k I recently purchased a 2018 Mustang GT via custom order. Mike V took his time helping me decide exactly how I wanted my car to turn out. He is quite knowledgeable with Mustangs, and this made me feel confident that my car would be everything I wanted. He took care of all the paperwork details ahead of time, so I was able to take my car home right after it came in. He made sure I was familiar with the newer features in the car before I left, and even took the time to schedule my first maintenance appointment. I also have to say that Steve in finance did an incredible job getting a great payment plan set up! Everyone came by to congratulate me on my new car. They also made sure that I was completely satisfied not only with my car, but with the service I received. It has been several years since I bought a new vehicle, and Mike and the Sayville Ford team made this such a wonderful experience. I cannot thank them enough!! More

Finance department were miss leading with the percentage of the loan. Salesmen told us one percent and finance person told us a higher amount.
