Great experience leasing my first car! I haven't bought a new car since 2006 so I have been out of the car buying scene for a while. I was referred to Bob Pollizatto by my brother/father in law. They have been using him for 20+ years and I can see why. Bob was very professional and got me a great deal on my 2017 Ford Explorer. I had never leased before so he explained the process to me and broke all the #'s down so I could understand. When I picked up the car it was detailed great and was really shining! I would highly recommend using Bob for your buying/leasing needs. Even though I live in Miller Place I will be for sure I make the trip to Sayville Ford for all my future Ford needs! More

No pressure sale I already knew the car I was coming in to see. I was able to look over the car without being hassled. And there was no pressure to upsell me into some I already knew the car I was coming in to see. I was able to look over the car without being hassled. I left to think it over and did rest of the deal by phone and email. I knew the price range I would end up in, and feel comfortable that we settled at a fair price. Tony was very easy to get a hold of on the phone and answer any questions I had, and he was also good responding to emails when I was unable to talk on the phone. And the best part - I came to pick up the car the day after a snowstorm and was worried it would be covered. They kept it inside over night where it stayed clean. Thanks! More

Great buying experience! Bob was very honest and professional. He took the time to make sure that I got all the rebates for which I was entitled. He was very upfront about the pricing and was able to set the price without leaving to speak with a manager and did not play any games. I have a rule of thumb about buying a car and it is whether or not a salesman shows me his computer screen and the pricing. Bob gave me a price of "x" amount over invoice and showed me the numbers to verify it. It was a smooth buying experience and I would reccommend that anyone considering a Ford should stop by Sayville Ford before buying elsewhere. When I went in looking to lease, I knew exactly what I wanted and he listened to every detail, making sure he found the perfect car that fit all my needs and wants. I really appreciated his patience with all my questions and his attention to detail, as he made sure to show me a few different versions of the model I wanted (different years and equipment packages) to ensure I could get a car I really loved at a price I could afford. I love that he sat with me in my new car and showed me how to use all the features, really wanting to make sure I left a more knowledgeable Ford driver. When it came time to go over finances, I also really appreciated how clear and helpful Rich was, again trying to ensure I made the best decisions for my personal financial situation and the future. It couldn't have been any easier! My wife and I along with a friend stopped in to look at a few used trucks that I saw online and wanted to get a better look at. We were there for a wh My wife and I along with a friend stopped in to look at a few used trucks that I saw online and wanted to get a better look at. We were there for a while and no one pressured us, no one came running when they saw we were looking, and in fact waited until I walked inside to check on the price of a truck I might be interested in to even approach me. That's when we met Rose and she sat down with us and we went over a few different vehicles. It seemed that there was nothing there for us that day as were looking at the computer of the vehicles in stock when she said " I think this one just came in because there is no picture for it so let me see what's going on with it". Rose got up and left and a few minutes later walked back in and said "It's outside, I just brought it up from the back, we just took it in and it's not in the system yet". We immediately were interested. We test drove it and we were sold. She walked us through the process like were old friends. Rose has that ability to make you feel at ease without even trying. She spent the time with us to show us how everything worked without any pressure. I can't remember a time when I had a similar experience with a salesperson.
